At long last I am really pleased to be able to welcome you all to the launch of our new website!

It's been a while in the making, so the very first thing I need to do is to thank Develop and Promote for their patience and skill in putting together a site that Caroline and I are happy with.  Then I need to thank Gary Marshall

for doing a great job on the design.

Finally I need to thank you all for stopping by to have a look!

So what is 318?  Have a look around and hopefully you'll be able to find out.

If you don't have the patience for that, the idea behind 318 is to bring the knowledge and experience of business improvement and growth that is so prevalent in large companies, and make it available to SMEs 

without the need to employ a full time specialist.  In short the aim is to provide the benefits of that knowledge on a "pay as you go" basis.  That way your business will gets the benefits, without the ongoing cost - a real double whammy effect.

We're MAS approved suppliers, which means that manufacturing companies (and believe me, the definition of "manufacturing" is very, very wide - if you produce something we might get you on the scheme) can access up to 50% funding for any assistance they need from us, we deliver Leaders First programs on behalf of Business Link (another funding route) and we offer long term affordable assistance programs for startup and established businesses.
