My name is Caroline Edwards.  I hold an honours degree in Psychology and History gained from Keele University.

I am a detail focused communication specialist, working with the information transfer aspects of business planning and strategy, restructuring, change management and organisational development. Taking complex client requirements and data sets, then restructuring these in order to provide clear information in a variety of formats, is my key skill.

Using my experience and knowledge of the English language, I can help you to deliver your message to key stakeholders, such as clients, suppliers, the general public and other interested parties in an unambiguous and effective manner. I achieve this by understanding your offering and company values then aligning your message to these, for example by developing strong marketing material.

I formed 318 in May 2009 with Graham Puntis to provide Consultancy, Project and Interim Management, along with Business Advice services. Prior to this I acted as company secretary for a micro SME and have undertaken a number of communication focused roles where clear understanding of requirement and message were key to the success of the business.

My favourite pastimes are reading, collecting old books, tennis, and of course I love our Alfa Romeos.
