My name is Graham Puntis. I am a Chartered Engineer and a corporate member of both the Royal Institution of Naval Architects and the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
I am a dynamic and energetic business change specialist, working with business planning and strategy, restructuring, change management and organisational development. Challenge and problem solving are my key motivators; developing solutions to complex problems while balancing the differing needs within a business is what I enjoy the most.
Using my business improvement experience and training from large companies, I can help to solve your problems and deliver you more profit. I achieve this by re-planning existing businesses, redefining roles and making your business leaner and more efficient.
Together with Caroline Edwards, I formed 318 in May 2009 to provide Consultancy, Project and Interim Management, along with Business Advice services. For the 10 years before this, I worked in senior management roles for internationally recognised companies, the final 6 of which were at director or general manager level in the UK and Scandinavia.
My experience includes delivering ongoing change and improvement programmes, designing and embedding process improvements, integrating businesses post acquisition, development and execution of closure and exit plans, measuring performance and driving improvement via KPIs and scorecards, business troubleshooting, business case development and analysis, start-ups and turn-around projects, shopfloor and office process redesign, project and programme management, management team development and facilitation, and organisational design.
I enjoy experimenting with cooking, learning about wine, driving our Alfas, winter sports and generally improving my understanding of the world around me.
