They can be flexed to include up front strategy or project work, with the cost of this then spread over the life of the support contract or they can be restructured as we work together to ensure the right level of ongoing support for your requirements.

Monthly progress meetings can be a powerful way of driving a business or project forward.  By offering an independent view we can help you to exceed your targets.  Depending on how you want to structure them, and on the results you want to achieve, 318 will attend or chair meetings.

Alternatively, we can offer you fixed prices for specific projects covering business development or improvement, communication, general, operational or strategic management.
